Debbe Ebben who had no air was crowned MISS ALASKA on Saturday 16th of June
In March she shaved her hair to raise money for a foundation which donates money for childhood cancer research
"I wanted to put meaning and emotion behind it, and let them know why I'm doing it,I'm not shaving it because it's a really easy hairstyle to go with. I'm shaving it for them." — for the kids," she said.

 Ebben's brown hair had grown back to a pixie cut by the time she became the state's top beauty queen over the weekend, but she says she will likely keep her hair short when she represents Alaska at the Miss America pageant in January 2013.

15yrs for 30-seconds skype call

A new legislation has just been passed in Ethiopia that could imprison an individual for up to 15 years for making a 30-second call over Skype or Google Talk. Its been reported that the new legislation has made it illegal for anybody to use any Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) services within the country.
 The law also forbid the state owned Ethio Telecom from the use of video chatting, social media, email and any other data transfer service capable of communicating information.
The legislation has been labeled as necessary for the country’s national security and will reportedly close a loophole that was allowing some citizens to communicate without being monitored by authorities.
